What "checked" means on this site.
Every deal page carries a date — "checked Jun 11" — instead of a promise. That's deliberate. Student offers change without notice, so the honest thing to tell you is when we last looked, not that something is guaranteed to work today.
Why we say "checked", not "verified".
"Verified" sounds permanent. It isn't — a provider can raise the price, close the program, or change the eligibility rules overnight, and some do. What we can honestly stand behind is: on the date shown, this deal worked the way the page describes.
If a page's information and the provider's page ever disagree, the provider's page wins — and we'd appreciate the heads-up via contact.
What a check looks like.
- Sweeps hit every link. Automated sweeps go through every deal's official pages and flag anything that's dead, redirected, or changed.
- Facts against sources. Flagged deals get re-researched against the provider's current pages — price, what's included, who's eligible, how to claim.
- A human decides. Whether a deal is updated, rewritten, or pulled is a manual call, not an automated one.
- The date moves only after a real check. "Checked Jun 11" means somebody — or a sweep — actually looked on Jun 11, not that the page was regenerated.
Where AI is involved — and where it isn't.
AI is good at reading provider pages at scale; it's not the final word. It's why every page footer carries the "AI-assisted" note — and why the split below is strict.

- Flag changes — dead links, price moves, rewritten terms.
- Decide which deals get listed.
- Decide what the site recommends.
- Decide what gets pulled — those stay human calls.
How the site makes money.
Some links are affiliate links — if you claim a deal through them, the provider pays the site a commission. It never changes your price, and it never changes whether a deal gets listed: a deal earns its place by being a real student offer, not by paying.

What we can't promise.
- That a deal still works right now. Checks have dates; offers change between them. Always confirm on the official page before you pay for anything.
- Availability in your country. Regional eligibility shifts too often to track reliably — the provider's signup flow is the only real answer.
